Manager, founder, and co-owner of Karmakosmetix Music. Background as a musician and music manager for many different bands the last 20 years, but is now 150% involved in Karmakosmetix - hands on in all our areas of work: A&R, management, production, promotion and booking. Jan is also a carpenter(!), and has worked with teenagers and motivation for 10 years. Megalomanic brainstormer, an exceptional motivator and, according to the taros, Knight of Swords.

Partner and co-owner of Karmakosmetix Music. She is also a main source behind “Ordskifte”, regular seminars to advocate public dialogue about society. With background from journalism, politics and culture, her focus is on the mechanisms surrounding and influencing music and business, and how these two fields interact. Mira is a courious person and interested in everything from macro economy to the secrets of the theatre, sometimes dreaming about becoming a sheep farmer, at other times a UN ambassador.

Played an important part in establishing SØRF, a service senter for the music business in Southern Norway. Background in music, music business, project managment, organisation development, administration, economy, politics and visual design. Education in music and political science from U of Oslo, U of Agder and U of Oregon. An artist of heart and a hard working gal, driven by a passion for music and a dream of making the world a better place. Sensitive and tough, filosophical and practical.
